It is just not appropriate that its domestic<br>\nairlines should provide the kind of service that may be<br>\nencountered in the Third World.<\/p>\n<p>Seriously, contempt for punctuality is the hallmark of a<br>\nsociety that has never been anywhere, is not going anywhere and<br>\ndoesn't have much on its mind in the meantime.
