        "content": "<p>Pudjiadi to split stocks<\/p>\n<p>JAKARTA (JP): Publicly-listed PT Pudjiadi &amp; Sons, the owner of<br>\nJayakarta Hotel in Central Jakarta, said that it will split its<br>\nstocks by halving their nominal value to Rp 500 (21 U.S. cents).<\/p>\n<p>The company also said that in their annual meeting yesterday,<br>\nits shareholders approved a proposed final dividend of Rp 45 per<br>\nshare for the year 1995.<\/p>\n<p>The company said its total revenues rose 12 percent to Rp 33.2<br>\nbillion last year due mainly to the full operation of its new<br>\nhotel in Bandung, West Java.<\/p>\n<p>Revenues from the hotel division slightly increased from Rp 19<br>\nbillion in 1994 to Rp 20.7 billion last year, while the revenues<br>\nfrom the food and beverage division increased from Rp 4.6 billion<br>\nto Rp 5.9 billion.<\/p>\n<p>The company's net profit rose by 8 percent to Rp 7.6 billion<br>\nlast year.
