We may see more than one telephone is available<br>\nat a certain corner of the city. The company can, no doubt,<br>\ninstall lots of public telephone units, but the problem is how it<br>\ncan maintain all the facilities.<\/p>\n<p>We know that many units are not functioning. In Golkar's<br>\noffice, for example, there are about five public telephone units,<br>\nbut none of them works. As a result, the party cadres who are<br>\nparticipating in a current conference have complained about the<br>\nfailures and cannot send messages to their families or their<br>\nregional offices.
