PT PP (Persero) Tbk (IDX: PTPP), a national construction and\ninvestment company under the auspices of Danantara Indonesia, has\nstrengthened its contribution to social infrastructure through the\nacquisition of the Mamuju Tengah Regency Regional General Hospital\n(RSUD) construction project. This project is part of national efforts to\nequalise healthcare services, specifically by expanding access to modern\nand high-quality medical facilities in regions outside primary growth\ncentres.<\/p>\n
The project, owned by the Ministry of Health of the Republic of\nIndonesia, has a contract value of Rp143.09 billion (including VAT). The\nconstruction period is set for 240 calendar days, or approximately eight\nmonths, followed by a maintenance period of 365 calendar days. The\ndevelopment of the RSUD aims to increase healthcare capacity by\nupgrading the hospital\u2019s classification from Type D to Type C.<\/p>\n
Once completed, the hospital facilities will support more\ncomprehensive healthcare services, ranging from outpatient and inpatient\ncare to emergency departments (IGD) and other medical support\nfacilities. This project acquisition aligns with PTPP\u2019s commitment to\nsupporting national development equity, particularly within the health\nsector. Mamuju Tengah Regency, located in West Sulawesi, requires\nstrengthened public service infrastructure to sustainably improve the\nquality of life for its residents.<\/p>\n
The development of a more representative hospital is expected to\nexpand access to faster, modern, and more equitable healthcare services\nfor the local community. Furthermore, the construction aligns with the\npriority programmes of President Prabowo Subianto\u2019s administration to\nstrengthen basic public services, expand healthcare access, and\naccelerate the development of a healthy and productive Indonesian human\nresource base. Health infrastructure serves as a vital foundation for\nsupporting public service transformation and strengthening national\nsocial resilience.<\/p>\n
