        "content": "<p>Jakarta \u2013 PT PP (Persero) Tbk (IDX: PTPP), a construction and\ninvestment company operating under Danantara Indonesia, has recorded new\ncontract values totalling Rp 2.76 trillion through January 2026.<\/p>\n<p>This achievement represents a 120.8% surge compared to the same\nperiod in the previous year on a year-on-year basis, marking a positive\nstart to the company\u2019s performance for the year.<\/p>\n<p>Based on funding sources, new contract acquisitions are predominantly\ndriven by government projects at 73.31%, followed by state-owned\nenterprise projects contributing 25.20%, and private sector projects at\n1.49%.<\/p>\n<p>In terms of business lines, the largest contributions come from the\nbuilding sector at 43.28%, followed by roads and bridges at 26.64%,\nsmelter and mining at 25.20%, water and waste treatment at 4.18%, water\ninfrastructure at 0.54%, and oil and gas facilities at 0.1%.<\/p>\n<p>Key strategic projects secured by PTPP in January 2026 include the\nOffice Building project for the Attorney General\u2019s Office Criminal\nInvestigation and Data Division valued at Rp 820.7 billion, the Medan\nMetropolitan BRT development project worth Rp 538.5 billion, the\nMempawah bauxite mining project totalling Rp 478.6 billion, and the Aceh\ndisaster recovery project valued at Rp 341.7 billion.<\/p>\n<p>PTPP\u2019s Corporate Secretary Joko Raharjo stated that this achievement\nforms the foundation for the company\u2019s optimism heading into 2026 amid\nongoing dynamics and challenges facing the construction industry.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe company will remain focused on executing projects on time with\nthe highest quality standards and implementing zero accident principles.\nIn addition, we ensure every project is carried out with sound corporate\ngovernance principles, prudent risk management, and support for\nsustainable development,\u201d Joko said in a press statement on Friday (27\nFebruary 2026).<\/p>\n<p>Through project selectivity strategy and strengthening operational\nmanagement, PTPP is confident it can sustain performance growth and\ndeliver added value to all stakeholders throughout 2026.<\/p>",
