PT Telkom's professionalism<\/p>\n
On June 13, 1996 at 11:00 a.m., the Shangri-La Hotel, Jakarta,
\nexperienced a complete loss of telephone service to our hotel.
\nThis was caused by road construction taking place in the area,
\nwhereby our telephone lines were severed. It goes without saying
\nthat this presented major problems for the hotel and our guests,
\nas telecommunications are vital to our operations.<\/p>\n
I would like to commend PT Telkom for all of their efforts in
\ngoing above and beyond the call of duty. They responded
\nimmediately to our problem, and supplied the necessary manpower
\nand expertise to repair the damage in the shortest time possible.
\nPT Telkom conducted itself with the utmost professionalism and a
\nhigh degree of sensitivity and understanding to our problem.<\/p>\n
On behalf of both the staff and the guests of the Shangri-La
\nHotel, Jakarta, I would like to extend a very big 'thank you' to
\nPT Telkom for a job well-done.<\/p>\n
