As a consumer, I expect <br>\nPT Telkom to give its attention to the following:<\/p>\n<p>1. Law no. 8\/1999 as well as Regulation no. 68\/1999 on <br>\nprotection of consumers' rights to be implemented correctly, <br>\nhonestly and fairly;<\/p>\n<p>2. The decree of the People's Consultative Assembly (TAP MPR) <br>\nno. 4\/2000 on regional autonomy, which states that the regions <br>\nshould receive a portion of state enterprise profits and income <br>\ntax;<\/p>\n<p>3.
