PT Len Industri has reshuffled its board of directors and\ncommissioners during its Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on Tuesday,\n26 May. The changes are part of efforts to strengthen corporate\ngovernance and continue the business transformation of DEFEND ID, the\nnational defence industry holding.<\/p>\n
The AGM was attended by Series A shareholders represented by the\nstate through the Ministry of SOEs, Series B shareholders PT Danantara\nAsset Management, as well as the company\u2019s commissioners and\ndirectors.<\/p>\n
During the meeting, shareholders approved the new board and\ncommissioner structure. The move is part of the company\u2019s strategy to\nremain adaptive to the dynamics of the defence industry, technological\nchanges, and evolving global business challenges.<\/p>\n
As the parent holding of DEFEND ID, PT Len Industri plays a crucial\nrole in coordinating several national defence industry strategic\ncompanies. Therefore, the leadership restructuring is seen as part of\nstrengthening the organisation to accelerate transformation and enhance\nthe competitiveness of the national defence industry.<\/p>\n
PT Len Industri\u2019s President Director Joga Dharma Setiawan said the\ninflux of new energy in the board and commissioner ranks is expected to\nstrengthen the continuity of the company\u2019s ongoing transformation over\nrecent years.<\/p>\n
\u201cThe arrival of new energy in the Board and Commissioners will\nfurther strengthen the company\u2019s commitment to continuing the\ntransformation relay,\u201d Joga stated.<\/p>\n
Company Focus<\/p>\n
According to him, the company\u2019s main focus moving forward is to\nstrengthen technological innovation, improve operational efficiency, and\nexpand strategic collaborations with stakeholders both domestically and\ninternationally.<\/p>\n
\u201cPT Len Industri will continue to bolster technological innovation,\nenhance corporate governance quality, and expand strategic\ncollaborations to support national defence industry autonomy,\u201d he\nsaid.<\/p>\n
Joga emphasised that the company\u2019s transformation is not only aimed\nat improving business performance but also strengthening an integrated\nand sustainable national defence industry ecosystem.<\/p>\n
As the DEFEND ID holding, PT Len Industri bears significant\nresponsibility in driving synergy across the national defence industry.\nThe government established DEFEND ID to bolster the national strategic\nindustry\u2019s capability to meet domestic weapon system needs and enhance\nglobal market competitiveness.<\/p>\n
During the AGM, shareholders also expressed appreciation to previous\nmanagement for their contributions during their tenure.<\/p>\n
Among those honoured was Irwan Ibrahim, former Director of Business\nand Cooperation, and Arkamelvi Karmani for her service as Independent\nCommissioner.<\/p>\n
According to company management, their contributions were crucial to\nPT Len Industri\u2019s strengthening journey, particularly in expanding\nbusiness collaborations and improving corporate governance.<\/p>\n

He also expressed optimism towards the new board and commissioners,\ndeemed capable of strengthening PT Len Industri\u2019s position amid\nincreasingly competitive defence industry competition.<\/p>\n

The new PT Len Industri board comprises Joga Dharma Setiawan as\nPresident Director, Amalia Maya Fitri as Technology and Risk Management\nDirector, Dwi Sulistiani as Business and Cooperation Director, Yessy\nKurnia as Finance, Portfolio, and HR Director, and Iqbal Fikri as\nOperations Director.<\/p>\n
The commissioner board consists of Tri Budi Utomo as Chairman, Bonar\nH. Hutagaol, Eddy Syahputra Siahaan, Eben Eser Nainggolan, and Agus HS\nReksoprodjo.<\/p>\n
