Jakarta - PT Jakarta Industrial Estate Pulogadung (Perseroda), or PT\nJIEP, is promoting public information transparency as a key foundation\nfor building public trust and strengthening corporate governance.<\/p>\n
President Director of PT JIEP Dharma Satriadi stated in Jakarta on\nMonday that the company is committed to continuously strengthening\npublic information disclosure governance through the refinement of\ninternal policies, improvement of human resource quality, updating\npublic information, reinforcing documentation systems, and optimising\nthe use of information technology.<\/p>\n
This commitment was realised through a public information disclosure\nsocialisation event with the DKI Jakarta Provincial Information\nCommission. The activity is part of PT JIEP\u2019s efforts to ensure that\ninformation management within the company operates transparently and\naccountably, and is able to meet the needs of the public and\nstakeholders.<\/p>\n
According to Dharma, information disclosure is not merely viewed as\nfulfilling an administrative obligation. Transparency is part of the\nimplementation of Good Corporate Governance (GCG), as well as an\ninstrument for building a more open relationship with the public.<\/p>\n
This commitment is reflected in the consistent performance of PT\nJIEP\u2019s information disclosure in recent years. In the Monitoring and\nEvaluation (E-Monev) of Public Information Disclosure, the company\u2019s\nscore increased from 78.4 in 2022 to 90.98 in 2023, then to 91 in 2024,\nand reached 97.6 in 2025.<\/p>\n
With this achievement, PT JIEP has maintained its informative\npredicate for four consecutive years, while strengthening its position\nas one of the regional-owned enterprises (BUMD) with the best\nimplementation of public information disclosure in DKI Jakarta\nProvince.<\/p>\n
\u201cAs part of the implementation of Good Corporate Governance (GCG),\nwhile delivering information services that are transparent, accountable,\nand oriented towards the public interest,\u201d said Dharma.<\/p>\n
As a strategic BUMD owned by the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government\nand a member of the Danareksa Holding, PT JIEP views public trust as an\nimportant part of maintaining the company\u2019s sustainability. Through\nconsistent information disclosure, PT JIEP seeks to build increasingly\ntransparent and accountable governance, while creating a stronger\nrelationship with the public based on information that is open,\naccessible, and accountable.<\/p>\n
Meanwhile, Chairman of the DKI Jakarta Information Commission Harry\nAra Hutabarat stated that the increase in PT JIEP\u2019s E-Monev score\ndemonstrates the strengthening culture of transparency within the\ncompany. He assessed that this achievement reflects the implementation\nof information disclosure that not only meets administrative aspects but\ncan also serve as a foundation for strengthening corporate governance\nsustainably.<\/p>\n
Going forward, PT JIEP will strengthen the function of the\nInformation and Documentation Management Officer (PPID) through updating\nthe Public Information List (DIP), optimising digital communication\nchannels, reinforcing documentation systems, and improving the quality\nof information services to the public.<\/p>\n
