After carefully reading the letter from Mr. Peter Ward (The
\nJakarta Post, July 17, 2001, Indoprom did not contact me), we
\nmust conclude that this problem has occurred due to a
\nmiscommunication between Mr. Peter Ward and Indoprom.<\/p>\n
As the head of the subscription division, I do not personally
\nhandle the complaints of our subscribers, leaving this task to my
\nsubordinates. However, as their manager I am fully responsible
\nfor all of their actions. For this reason, I have written to the
\nPost on behalf of my company in response to the letter from Mr.
\nPeter Ward. What I intended to say in my previous letter was that
\nwe at Indoprom had personally contacted Mr. Peter Ward through
\nmail and telephone, not that I had made the contact myself.<\/p>\n
