PT Cikarang Listrindo Tbk (the Company) has once again received two\nGreen PROPER ratings from the Ministry of Environment. The awards were\ngiven to the Jababeka PLTGU power plant unit and the Babelan Co-firing\nPLTU for their environmental management performance in 2025. The Company\nhas achieved this Green PROPER rating since the operational year 2021\nfor PLTGU Jababeka and 2024 for PLTU Co-firing Babelan.<\/p>\n
This achievement demonstrates the Company\u2019s commitment to\nimplementing sustainability practices that go beyond regulatory\nstandards, including various initiatives aligned with Environmental,\nSocial, and Governance (ESG) principles.<\/p>\n
The Company Performance Rating Programme in Environmental Management\n(PROPER) is a national evaluation programme organised by the Ministry of\nEnvironment to assess companies\u2019 environmental management performance in\nIndonesia. In the 2025 assessment year, the programme was participated\nin by more than 5,300 companies from various industrial sectors across\nIndonesia, with 282 companies successfully achieving Green or Gold\nratings.<\/p>\n
The Green PROPER rating is awarded to companies that not only comply\nwith all environmental regulations but also exceed compliance standards\n(beyond compliance) through innovation and the implementation of\nsustainable environmental management practices.<\/p>\n
The Company\u2019s achievement of Green PROPER is the result of hard work\nand collaboration among all company components and stakeholders. This\nachievement reflects the Company\u2019s commitment to maintaining regulatory\ncompliance while strengthening environmental management practices and\ncollaboration with communities around the Company\u2019s operational\nfacilities.<\/p>\n
The Company implements various sustainable community empowerment\nprogrammes through four main pillars: social-economic, education,\nhealth, and environment, carried out in each of the Company\u2019s\noperational areas. In addition to encouraging community economic\nindependence through various business development and food security\nprogrammes, the Company also strengthens community capacity to face\ndisaster risks through community-based disaster mitigation\nprogrammes.<\/p>\n
These initiatives are part of the implementation of beyond compliance\nprinciples in PROPER, where the Company not only meets environmental\nregulatory obligations but also creates sustainable social and\nenvironmental added value for the community.<\/p>\n

The reports contain various company performance achievements,\nincluding the development of ESG implementation reported as of 31 March\n2026.<\/p>\n
In the 2025 Sustainability Report, the Company shares various\nachievements in sustainable energy development. Among them, the\nutilisation of biomass as part of the energy transition strategy\nproduced clean energy of 205 GWh, an increase of 155.5% compared to\n2024, and the solar power plant (PLTS) capacity increased to 45.7 MWp\n(2024: 35.8 MWp) with electricity production reaching 46.3 GWh (2024:\n32.0 GWh).<\/p>\n
Thus, the total renewable energy produced by the Company in 2025\nreached 251.5 GWh, an increase of 123.9% compared to 2024 at 112.3\nGWh.<\/p>\n
