According to\nthe disclosure to the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) on Wednesday (8\/4),\nthe Company has signed Share Sale and Purchase Deed No.\u00a005 dated 6 April\n2024 with PT Maharaksa Kapital Indonesia, a business group of PT\nMaharaksa Biru Energi Tbk (IDX: OASA), which operates in the fields of\nwaste processing industry, energy, and environmentally conscious\nproperty. \u201cThe Company has agreed to purchase shares in PT Maharaksa\nEnergi Hijau (MEH) amounting to 1,000 (one thousand) shares with a\nnominal value of Rp500,000 (five hundred thousand Rupiah) per share, or\n20% of the total shares issued by MEH, resulting in a total purchase\nvalue of Rp500,000,000 (five hundred million Rupiah),\u201d stated Kurniawati\nBudiman, Corporate Secretary of PT Astrindo Nusantara Infrastruktur Tbk.\nThe signing of the Share Sale and Purchase Deed (Transaction) is part of\nthe Company\u2019s strategy to strengthen its investment portfolio in the\ngreen energy sector, supporting the development of sustainable energy\nbusiness, thereby enhancing long-term added value for the Company.
