Ronald said the restorative justice approach was taken after he\nlearned the details from discussions with the family and team.<\/p>\n
\u201cWe decided to pursue restorative justice. I made this decision for\nrestorative justice because I already know the details from the family\u2019s\ndiscussions with our team,\u201d he stated.<\/p>\n
M. Rizal Berhet\u2019s lawyer, Abubakar Refra, said the context of the\nissue had gone through a long meeting with Ronald\u2019s side. He said the\ncase had created public dynamics.<\/p>\n
\u201cAnd we examined it thoroughly, and we really examined it, and in the\nend, one conclusion is that there was miscommunication,\nmisunderstanding, and so on,\u201d Abubakar said.<\/p>\n
He said based on that, both parties agreed to end the case through\nrestorative justice.<\/p>\n
\u201cOn that basis, for the sake of our togetherness despite differences,\nwe agreed to end this by submitting RJ (restorative justice) to the\nMenteng Metro Police Station, which has the authority to handle this\ncase, and alhamdulillah, everything is being processed,\u201d he\nconcluded.<\/p>\n

Head of Public Relations at the Central Jakarta Metro Police, First\nInspector Erlyn Sumantri, explained that the assault incident occurred\non Monday (4\/5) at 4:22 PM WIB. Initially, Ronald came with 15 employees\nof PT SKS to hold an audience at the MPP law firm regarding unpaid\nemployee wages.<\/p>\n
