New details emerged in the trial of defendant Heru Anggara in the\nmurder case of MAH (9), the child of Cilegon PKS politician Maman\nSuherman. Prosecutors revealed Heru\u2019s movements after killing the\nvictim.<\/p>\n
In their indictment, prosecutors stated that after murdering MAH,\nHeru Anggara hid and disposed of the items used in the killing.<\/p>\n
The first place he visited after the murder was the area around the\nBalung cemetery.<\/p>\n
\u201cThe defendant left the house and went to a prayer room near the\nBalung cemetery. The defendant then entered the prayer room\u2019s bathroom\nto wash gloves, a Ying Guns brand stainless steel knife, a jacket, and\ntrousers,\u201d the public prosecutor said in the indictment, quoted on\nThursday (20\/8\/2026).<\/p>\n
Not only that, the perpetrator also went to a motorcycle seat\nupholsterer in the Tegalcabel area, Citangkil, Cilegon City.<\/p>\n
\u201c(The defendant) immediately replaced the leather cover of his\nmotorcycle seat,\u201d the prosecutor said.<\/p>\n
After that, the defendant went to a rubbish bin next to Blok F\nMarket, also known as Kelapa Market, in Cilegon City, to dispose of the\njacket, trousers, helmet, mask, bag, duct tape, and shoes he had worn\nduring the incident.<\/p>\n
\u201cAfter that, the defendant then returned to his home at Perum Bumi\nRakata Asri, Green Valley Cluster,\u201d the prosecutor said.<\/p>\n
Heru Charged with Murder<\/p>\n
Prosecutors from the Cilegon District Attorney\u2019s Office read the\nindictment at the Serang District Court on Wednesday (19\/8\/2026). In the\nindictment, Heru is accused of committing the crime on 16 December\n2025.<\/p>\n
\u201cMurder that is followed, accompanied, or preceded by another\ncriminal act committed with the intention of preparing for or\nfacilitating its execution, or of escaping oneself or other participants\nfrom punishment if caught in the act, or of ensuring control of goods\nobtained unlawfully,\u201d the prosecutor said while reading the\nindictment.<\/p>\n
As a result of his actions, the defendant is charged under Article\n458 paragraph (3) or paragraph (1) of Law Number 1 of 2023 concerning\nthe Criminal Code in conjunction with Law Number 1 of 2026 concerning\nPenal Adjustments.<\/p>\n
