        "content": "<p>Prosecutors from the Sabu Raijua District Prosecutor\u2019s Office\n(Kejari) in East Nusa Tenggara Province (NTT) carried out searches at\nthe offices of the Regional Finance and Assets Agency (BKAD) and the\nIndustry and Trade Office (Disperindag) in Sabu Raijua Regency. The\nsearches relate to a criminal corruption case involving the provision of\nbusiness capital in 2017.<\/p>\n<p>The Head of the Sabu Raijua Prosecutor\u2019s Office, Corneles GP\nHeydemans, through the Head of the Special Crimes Section (Kasi Pidsus)\nHendrik Tiip, revealed that 34 documents were seized by the Kupang\nProsecutor\u2019s Office during the searches.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cFrom the search results, the investigators secured 34 documents\nrelated to the corruption crime of providing regional government\nbusiness capital to CV. MZ, which occurred in 2017, and the\ninvestigators have also carried out the seizure of the said documents,\u201d\nHendrik stated in a release received by detikBali on Monday\n(30\/3\/2026).<\/p>\n<p>The searches conducted by the Sabu Raijua District Prosecutor\u2019s\nOffice investigators were based on the search warrant from the Kupang\nCorruption Court Number 4\/Pid.Sus_Tpk-GLD\/03\/2026 dated 23 March 2026\nand the Search Order from the Head of the Sabu Raijua District\nProsecutor\u2019s Office Number: Print-172\/N.3.26\/Fd.2\/03\/2026 dated 27 March\n2026.<\/p>\n<p>The search at the Regional Finance and Assets Agency office took\nplace from 11:00 WITA to 15:00 WITA. Subsequently, the search at the\nIndustry and Trade Office was from 15:15 to 16:50 WITA.<\/p>\n<p>Hendrik emphasised that the investigators will soon apply for a\nseizure permit from the Corruption Court for the secured documents. \u201cThe\ninvestigators will conduct further examination of the obtained documents\nwith related witnesses to clarify the criminal act,\u201d explained the\nformer Head of Intelligence Section at the North Central Timor District\nProsecutor\u2019s Office.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe are committed to completing the investigation of this case\npromptly,\u201d Hendrik concluded.<\/p>",
