        "content": "<p>Propel seeks RI project<\/p>\n<p>KUALA LUMPUR (Reuter): Projek Penyelenggaraan Lebuhraya Bhd<br>\n(Propel) has entered into an agreement with an Indonesian<br>\nconsortium to jointly bid for privatization of a toll road in<br>\nIndonesia.<\/p>\n<p>The consortium comprises five Indonesian firms -- PT Citra<br>\nLamtoro Gung Persada, PT Tridan Satriaputra Indonesia, PT<br>\nKowarman International Corp, PT Arthayasa Mandiri and PT Sira<br>\nTama Agra Raya, a Propel statement said.<\/p>\n<p>Citra group spokesman Fariza Irawady was quoted by Bernama<br>\nnews agency as saying that the toll road connecting Ciawi,<br>\nSukabumi and Citatah in West Java would cost 2.0 billion ringgit<br>\nand would take four years to complete.<\/p>\n<p>The consortium, if successful in its bid, would construct,<br>\noperate and maintain the toll road and would be given a<br>\nconcession to collect toll for 30 years, he told reporters after<br>\nthe agreement signing.<\/p>",
