Project causes disturbance<\/p>\n

When we go along Jl. S. Parman heading for Grogol, West
\nJakarta, we can see a project billboard saying: Proyek Apartemen
\nTertinggi dan Shopping Center Terbesar di Asia Tenggara (The
\ntallest apartment and largest shopping center project in
\nSoutheast Asia). Unfortunately, the implementation and management
\nof the project is chaotic and technically disorderly, so that it
\ndisturbs the environment. The road is damaged, with cracks here
\nand there, as it is frequently used by all kinds of heavy
\nvehicles of the project, such as earth laden trucks, trailers,
\nexcavators, etc. The road was built a long time ago by Pondok
\nAnggrek and RII\/TVRI housing complexes, and so is not part of the
\nproject. This is a real nuisance to the residents who have to
\ndrive to and from the complex.<\/p>\n
The road's surface is covered with earth which trucks keep
\ndropping. When it rains the earth turns into mud and makes the
\nroad dirty and slippery. On warm days, however, the earth turns
\ninto dust that is blown into the air and makes breathing
\ndifficult.<\/p>\n
