        "content": "<p>PT Hutama Karya (Persero) states that the progress of the Sekolah\nRakyat (SR) project construction in DKI Jakarta has reached more than 40\npercent and is targeted for completion on 20 June 2026. The commitment\nto accelerating the construction was reaffirmed during a visit by Hutama\nKarya\u2019s directors to the project site on Sunday (3\/5\/2026), conducted by\nDirector of Operations II Mardiansyah and Director of Risk Management\nFatma Dewi Setyowati. The visit was part of management\u2019s oversight of\nthe project implementation, ensuring all work stages proceed according\nto quality standards, timeliness, as well as occupational safety and\nhealth. Acting Executive Vice President (EVP) Secretary of Hutama Karya,\nHamdani, said that the directors\u2019 visit demonstrates the company\u2019s\nseriousness in overseeing the SR DKI Jakarta construction. \u201cWe are\noptimistic that this project can provide real benefits as a decent,\nquality, and inclusive educational facility for the community, while\nalso serving as part of the company\u2019s support for the national\ndevelopment agenda in the education sector,\u201d he added. The scope of the\nSekolah Rakyat DKI Jakarta project encompasses eight main buildings:\nteacher apartments, school building, SD dormitory and multi-purpose\ncanteen, girls\u2019 SMP\/SMA dormitory, utilities building (MEEP), boys\u2019\nSMP\/SMA dormitory, mosque, as well as landscaping and area works.\nCurrently, the ongoing works include the structure and architecture of\nthe main buildings, wall works and initial finishing, mechanical,\nelectrical, and plumbing installations, area utilities works, as well as\nexternal area arrangement and project support access. To support the\nacceleration of project completion, construction works are carried out\nusing a three-shift scheme continuously.
