        "content": "<p>Progress made on Cambodia<\/p>\n<p>MANILA (DPA): Southeast Asian foreign ministers mediating the<br>\nCambodian crisis made progress in New York toward bringing back<br>\nthe exiled royalist forces, but no agreement was reached, a<br>\nspokesman for Foreign Affairs Secretary Domingo Siazon said<br>\nyesterday.<\/p>\n<p>On returning Thursday, Siazon said delegates representing the<br>\nAssociation of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) worked hard in<br>\nbetween the United Nations General Assembly meetings in an<br>\nongoing bid to find a solution acceptable to Cambodian strongman<br>\nHun Sen and ousted First Prime Minister Prince Norodom Ranariddh.<\/p>\n<p>Although both sides gave positive indications of allowing the<br>\n20 exiled leaders of Ranariddh&apos;s FUNCINPEC Party to return to<br>\nCambodia, Siazon&apos;s spokesman Oscar Valenzuela said, &quot;This is not<br>\nenough.
