        "content": "<p>Prison workers are bored: Minister<\/p>\n<p>JAKARTA: One of the problems facing the notorious Cipinang<br>\nprison in East Jakarta was the fact that its employees were<br>\nbored, Minister of Justice and Human Rights Yusril Ihza Mahendra<br>\nrevealed on Tuesday.<\/p>\n<p>The minister said that the employees were bored because of<br>\ntheir routine activities, and they would therefore be transferred<br>\nto other locations, but this could not be done immediately.<\/p>\n<p>\"The transfer could not be done at once.
