        "content": "<p>Singapore (ANTARA\/PRNewswire)- Princeton Digital Group (PDG), Asia\u2019s\nleading data center operator, today announced a plan to raise up to USD\n5 billion in debt financing this year to fund its contracted capacity\nacross the region.<\/p>\n<p>The planned financing will support the delivery of PDG\u2019s rapidly\nexpanding hyperscale platform across Asia, where the company currently\noperates across seven markets with a total portfolio exceeding 1.8\nGW.<\/p>\n<p>As part of this plan, PDG has successfully closed a USD 350 million\ndebt financing, expanding the USD 400 million HoldCo loan secured in May\n2025 and increasing the total facility to USD 750 million. The\nconsolidated USD 750 million HoldCo facility has been converted into a\nSustainability-Linked Loan, aligning pricing with defined operational\nand sustainability performance targets.<\/p>\n<p>The USD 350 million financing was secured from a consortium of global\nbanks, including Barclays, BNP Paribas, Deutsche Bank, HSBC, SMBC,\nSociete Generale, and Standard Chartered.<\/p>\n<p>The expanded facility will fund capacity currently under development\nand the continued buildout of new campuses, supporting PDG\u2019s recent\nhyperscale customer commitments.<\/p>\n<p>Rangu Salgame, Chairman, CEO, and Co-founder of PDG, said: \u201cOur\nbusiness momentum and delivery excellence continue to strengthen\nconfidence among our capital partners.
