        "content": "<p>Jakarta - President Prabowo Subianto received TNI Commander General\nAgus Subiyanto, along with Deputy TNI Commander General Tandyo Budi\nRevita and the Chiefs of Staff of the Army, Navy, and Air Force, at\nMerdeka Palace in Jakarta on Tuesday to discuss the development of\nvarious strategic programmes being implemented by the TNI. The President\nwas accompanied by Minister of Defence Sjafrie Sjamsoeddin, Head of the\nState Intelligence Agency (BIN) Muhammad Herindra, Minister of State\nSecretary Prasetyo Hadi, and Cabinet Secretary Teddy Indra Wijaya.\nCabinet Secretary Teddy stated that during the meeting, the TNI\nleadership reported on the progress of various strategic TNI programmes,\nincluding achievements that directly support equitable development and\nthe improvement of public welfare. Army Chief of Staff General Maruli\nSimanjuntak reported on the progress of the electricity programme\nentering Papua, particularly in the highlands region, which has now\nreached more than 200 villages. Additionally, the construction of the\nGaruda Suspension Bridge connecting villages across various regions of\nIndonesia continues and is now approaching 2,000 points. Piping\nprogrammes and the construction of boreholes in areas with limited\naccess to clean water are also being continuously improved. As of June\n2026, the number of construction points has approached 2,000 locations,\nbenefiting around one million residents.
