        "content": "<p>President Prabowo Subianto has endowed 70,000 Qur\u2019ans to communities\naffected by disasters in Aceh Province, West Sumatra, and North\nSumatra.<\/p>\n<p>The distribution of the Qur\u2019an endowment is being carried out by the\nMinister of Home Affairs (Mendagri) Muhammad Tito Karnavian, who serves\nas Chair of the Task Force for Accelerated Rehabilitation and\nReconstruction (PRR) following the Sumatra disaster. The symbolic\nhandover was conducted during direct meetings with affected\nresidents.<\/p>\n<p>One significant occasion was when Tito closed the Aceh Nuzulul Qur\u2019an\nKhanduri Ramadan Festival 2026 at the Baiturrahman Grand Mosque complex\nin Banda Aceh on Friday, 6 March. During this event, Tito distributed\n5,620 Qur\u2019an copies along with other religious items including prayer\nshawls (mukena), sarongs, and prayer mats.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThere are 70,000 Qur\u2019ans endowed by the President, but today we are\ndistributing 5,000 here. Additionally, there are prayer mats, sarongs,\nand prayer shawls. God willing, these will be beneficial,\u201d Tito stated\nin a written statement.<\/p>\n<p>Beyond Banda Aceh, the religious aid packages have also been\ndistributed to disaster-affected communities in East Aceh, North Aceh,\nEast Aceh, Lhokseumawe, Bireuen, Pidie Jaya, and several other districts\nthroughout Aceh Province.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to religious equipment, Tito also provided other\nessential items including thousands of garments, blankets, and clothing\nsupplies for affected residents.
