        "content": "<p>President of the Republic of Indonesia, Prabowo Subianto, has\naffirmed that industrial downstreaming is one of the paths towards the\nrevival of the Indonesian nation and an effort to strengthen the\nnational economic foundation.<\/p>\n<p>This affirmation was delivered by Prabowo in his speech at the\ngroundbreaking of the second phase of the national downstreaming project\nat Refinery Unit IV in Cilacap, Central Java, on Wednesday\n(29\/4\/2026).<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWhat we are doing in many sectors in the first year of the\ngovernment I lead is to strengthen the foundations that have been built\nby previous presidents, from the first president to the seventh\npresident.
