Dibyo Widodo<br>\nofficiated an on-the-alert ceremony at the Mobile Brigade<br>\nHeadquarters in Kelapa Dua, Bogor, yesterday in preparation for<br>\nnext month&apos;s General Session of the People&apos;s Consultative<br>\nAssembly.<\/p>\n<p>Dibyo said the ceremony was aimed mainly at improving the<br>\nspirit and commitment among Mobile Brigade members in maintaining<br>\nsecurity during the General Session.<\/p>\n<p>&quot;Police have only one choice: Help the General Session<br>\nsucceed,&quot; he said.<\/p>\n<p>He said the security operation of the General Session, code-<br>\nnamed Operasi Mantap Brata III, was also aimed at helping<br>\nsafeguard people&apos;s daily activities.<\/p>\n<p>Yesterday&apos;s ceremony was attended by 1,700 police officers<br>\nfrom Mobile Brigade Regiment I and II, the city police Mobile<br>\nBrigade, Air Police Unit and the Canine Unit.<\/p>\n<p>Dibyo handed over several cars and motorcycles and medicines<br>\nto help the officers&apos; operation.<\/p>\n<p>The ceremony was also attended by National Police Deputy Chief<br>\nLt.
