Parent Evi\nAfrida said that since the incident, students have occasionally been\ntaught in the musala and on the field. She noted there had been no prior\nsuspicion the building would collapse, as it was an old structure that\nhad only undergone minor repairs. \u201cThere was no suspicion, because it\nwas an old building. The last work was just small repairs,\u201d she said on\nTuesday.<\/p>\n<p>The school building collapsed on 27 November 2024 during heavy rain,\ncoinciding with the DKI Jakarta regional election. Four classrooms and\nthe school health unit were affected, though no one was injured.
