        "content": "<p>Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia - State Secretary Prasetyo Hadi has\nemphasised that Indonesia\u2019s economic fundamentals remain strong,\nparticularly within the banking sector. This statement was made\nfollowing a meeting between the Deputy Speaker of the House of\nRepresentatives, Sufmi Dasco Ahmad, senior executives from Himbara\n(State-Owned Banks), the State Secretary, and the Head of the\nState-Owned Enterprises Agency, Dony Oskaria, at the Parliament Complex\non Tuesday (9\/6\/2026).<\/p>\n<p>Prasetyo stated that this meeting is part of the government\u2019s efforts\nto strengthen cross-sector coordination in facing economic challenges.\nPreviously, the government, the House of Representatives, and relevant\nstakeholders had held discussions regarding the energy and mineral\nresources sector; this latest session focused specifically on the\nbanking and finance sectors.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOnce again, today we are facilitating discussions. If yesterday we\nfocused on the energy and mineral resources sector, today we have\ngathered to discuss the banking sector,\u201d said Prasetyo following the\nmeeting.<\/p>\n<p>According to him, the results of the discussion indicate that the\ncondition of the national banking sector remains resilient.\n\u201cAlhamdulillah, as stated, our economic fundamentals from the banking\nperspective are also very strong,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n<p>He also expressed his appreciation to Dony Oskaria, the Himbara\nleadership, and representatives from pension funds (Taspen), BPJS, and\nthe Indonesia Investment Authority (INA), for their active role in\nmaintaining stability and supporting the national economy.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cTherefore, we thank Mr Dony and the leadership of Himbara, Taspen,\nBPJS, and INA.
