        "content": "<p>Jakarta Governor Pramono Anung has instructed his staff to carry out\nweather modification operations (OMC) on Friday (21\/8).<\/p>\n<p>Pramono said that based on weather forecasts, rain clouds are\nexpected, making modification possible tomorrow.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIf there are no clouds, it is impossible to conduct OMC. In carrying\nout OMC, for example, this coming Friday there will be clouds again. I\nhave ordered preparations for Friday because there are clouds, so it\nshould be readied for flight tomorrow,\u201d Pramono said in South Jakarta on\nThursday (20\/8).<\/p>\n<p>He said there is no guarantee that rain will fall on Friday despite\nthe OMC.
