        "content": "<p>The Jakarta Provincial Government (Pemprov DKI Jakarta) has issued an\nultimatum to its civil servants (ASN) not to misuse the Work From Home\n(WFH) facility implemented every Friday. In its implementation, Jakarta\nGovernor Pramono Anung emphasised a strict ban on employees caught\nworking from entertainment venues or cafes (Work From Cafe\/WFC).\n\u201cRegarding work from cafe or anywhere else, if that happens, there will\ndefinitely be firm sanction actions for it,\u201d Pramono stated at Jakarta\nCity Hall on Wednesday (1\/4). Pramono assured that he would not take the\nenforcement of discipline lightly. He issued a firm statement with a\nsatirical tone as a warning. \u201cIf caught, they will be destroyed,\u201d\nPramono said. This WFH policy is a direct follow-up to the central\ngovernment\u2019s decision regulating the ASN work schedule. Pramono\nexplained that the policy at the regional level is solely to align with\nthe rules established nationally. \u201cFriday is a central government\ndecision. The Jakarta Provincial Government will certainly follow what\nhas become the central government decision, and that has already become\na decision,\u201d Pramono clarified. Furthermore, supervision of ASN\nperformance will be carried out strictly through an online attendance\nsystem, while also limiting the mobility of private vehicles. Pramono\nreminded that this WFH facility demands full responsibility from\nemployees to remain at their respective residences. \u201cAnyone who receives\nthe work from home facility must not use individual transport\nfacilities, whether motorbikes, cars, or the like,\u201d Pramono said. \u201cIf\nthey want to travel, they must use public transport. That is regulated\nin the Governor\u2019s Circular that will be issued,\u201d he added. Previously,\nthe government implemented work from home or WFH for ASN one day a week\nevery Friday for energy efficiency in facing global conflicts. The\ngovernment also limited the use of official cars and encouraged the use\nof public transport.
