        "content": "<p>The Halmahera agenda is centered on a downstreaming program valued at\naround Rp180 trillion (US$10.2 billion), comprising the first export\nshipment of electric vehicle batteries and the inauguration of 11\ndownstreaming projects, Cabinet Secretary Teddy Indra Wijaya said.<\/p>\n<p>He added that the 11 projects comprise the commercialization of four\nindustrial projects and the groundbreaking of seven new industrial\nprojects within the Indonesia Weda Bay Industrial Park.<\/p>\n<p>Accompanying the head of state on the visit are Coordinating Minister\nfor Economic Affairs and Downstreaming Bahlil Lahadalia, Coordinating\nMinister for Human Development and Culture Sugiono, Housing and\nSettlements Minister Maruarar Sirait, and State Secretary Prasetyo\nHadi.<\/p>\n<p>The visit came a week after Prabowo appointed Bahlil Lahadalia, who\ncontinues to serve as energy and mineral resources minister, to lead the\nnewly established Coordinating Ministry for Downstreaming and Energy\nTransition at the State Palace in Jakarta.<\/p>\n<p>Bahlil said the ministry was created to strengthen coordination and\naccelerate the implementation of downstreaming and energy transition\nprograms, which form part of Prabowo\u2019s eight priority missions, known\ncollectively as Asta Cita.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOne of the President\u2019s Asta Cita missions focuses on downstreaming\nand energy transition.
