Gen.\u00a0Richard T. H. Tampubolon, while\ndelivering instructions to the senior officials of the Forest Area Order\nTask Force (Satgas PKH) at the Indonesian Attorney General\u2019s Office\nComplex, Jakarta, on Tuesday.<\/p>\n<p>In his address, President Prabowo stated that members of the Satgas\nPKH who demonstrate excellence must receive promotions, whether in terms\nof position or rank. Lt. Gen.\u00a0Richard, within the Satgas PKH structure,\nserves as the First Vice Chairman of the Task Force Executive.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cLeader of the Satgas PKH, I request a list of your high-performing\nsubordinates. I want those who excel to be promoted immediately, given\npromotions, and awarded honours. That is how a nation should be run.\nThose who steal, chase them and catch them! Those who are good should be\npromoted,\u201d said President Prabowo during his briefing at the Attorney\nGeneral\u2019s Office Complex, Jakarta, on Tuesday.<\/p>\n<p>At the Attorney General\u2019s Office Complex today, President Prabowo\nwitnessed the handover of Rp13.24 trillion from the Satgas PKH,\nrepresented by Attorney General ST Burhanuddin, to the state,\nrepresented by Finance Minister Suahasil Nazara. During the same\nceremony, the Attorney General, who serves as the First Vice Chairman of\nthe Satgas PKH Steering Committee, also symbolically handed over\n259,230.73 hectares of land to the state, represented by Forestry\nMinister Raja Juli Antoni.<\/p>\n<p>The total amount of Rp13,241,335,681,910.13 handed over to the state\nin Jakarta on Tuesday consists of Rp3.47 trillion in administrative\nfines from the forestry sector, Rp1.53 trillion in Non-Tax State Revenue\n(PNBP) for the Indonesian Attorney General\u2019s Office from the handling of\nspecial crimes, and Rp8.22 trillion from tax receipts from taxpayers as\na follow-up to the work of the Satgas PKH.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, the 259,230.73 hectares of land consist of 140,762.04\nhectares from the plantation sector, which was handed over to the\nMinistry of Forestry to be managed by Agrinas Palma Nusantara;\n118,256.74 hectares of conservation and protected forests handed over to\nthe Ministry of Forestry for reforestation; and 211.95 hectares of\nmining areas, also handed over to the Ministry of Forestry.<\/p>",
