The land belongs to PT Asmin Kolindo\nTuhup (AKT) covering 1,699 hectares.<\/p>\n
Minister Bahlil emphasised that the crackdown on the mining\noperations of PT Asmin Kolindo Tuhup (AKT) is driven by the absence of\nofficial documents from the company.<\/p>\n
He revealed that the company had actually been stopped for a long\ntime, so the mining activities of PT AKT cannot be justified. \u201cIndeed,\nthe permit status for this mining site was revoked in 2017,\u201d said Bahlil\nquoted from the official Instagram account of the PKH Task Force on\nWednesday (8\/4\/2026).<\/p>\n
According to Bahlil, the revocation of the permit nine years ago\nmeans stopping the company\u2019s operations. All forms of mining activities\nthat continue to run in the area until now are confirmed to be\nillegal.<\/p>\n
