        "content": "<p>President Prabowo Subianto is preparing a work-from-home policy to\nsave on fuel oil (BBM) due to the war in the Middle East. The regulation\nwill be issued in the period following the Eid holiday.<\/p>\n<p>Coordinating Minister for the Economy Airlangga Hartarto stated that\nfuel savings are necessary due to high oil prices. He conveyed this idea\nafter a meeting with President Prabowo at the Presidential Palace in\nJakarta on Thursday, 19 March 2026.<\/p>\n<p>One way to save is by reducing office working hours. \u201cEfficiency is\nneeded in working hours, where flexibility for work from home will be\nopened,\u201d said Airlangga at the Palace.<\/p>\n<p>However, Airlangga said the current WFH policy is still being\ndesigned by the government. It is planned that WFH will apply for one\nworking day per week.<\/p>\n<p>The government, said Airlangga, will implement the policy for civil\nservants (ASN) at central and regional levels.
