President Prabowo Subianto has acknowledged that most countries are\ncurrently experiencing crises due to global uncertainty. However, he has\nassessed that Indonesia\u2019s economy continues to function and the public\nmust remain calm.<\/p>\n
Prabowo made these remarks during his address at the Full Cabinet\nMeeting at the State Palace on Friday, 13 March 2026.<\/p>\n
\u201cThe world is full of uncertainty, and we see that crisis has struck\nmany nations. We must address this crisis, but the economy must continue\noperating and the people must remain at ease,\u201d Prabowo stated.<\/p>\n
President Prabowo stressed that Indonesia still possesses the\nstrength to drive the wheels of its economy. He called upon all cabinet\nministers to work diligently for the people.<\/p>\n
\u201cWe still have the strength and capacity to ensure that the machinery\nof life does not come to a halt. The situation in broad terms remains\ncontrollable,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n
Prabowo also urged the ministers of the Red and White Cabinet to\ndeliver optimal services during the 2026 Eid exodus, prioritising\ncomfort and safety for all Indonesian people.<\/p>\n
\u201cWe must ensure that this year\u2019s exodus proceeds well, safely,\ncomfortably, and joyfully. Prioritise road safety and prepare all\naspects thoroughly,\u201d he concluded.<\/p>\n
Earlier, President Prabowo reminded the Indonesian nation to remain\noptimistic and confident that truth will ultimately prevail. With strong\ndetermination and commitment, the President believes that the shared\naspirations of the Indonesian people can be achieved.<\/p>\n
\u201cWe must be confident that in the end, what is true will triumph.\nThat we will achieve what we aspire to with clear and steadfast resolve,\nGod willing, what we aspire to shall be accomplished together,\u201d he\nstated.<\/p>\n
The Head of State also reiterated his responsibility as president to\nprotect all Indonesian people and preserve national unity.<\/p>\n
