President Prabowo Subianto has issued Presidential Decree No.\u00a04 of\n2026 on the Task Force (Satgas) for Accelerating Government Programmes\nto Support Economic Growth Enhancement.<\/p>\n
In the considerations section, it is stated that to realise Asta Cita\ntowards Golden Indonesia 2045, regarding the strengthening of the\npeople\u2019s economy, acceleration of government programmes is required to\nsupport increased economic growth.<\/p>\n
\u201cTo realise Asta Cita towards Golden Indonesia 2045 related to\nstrengthening the people\u2019s economy, acceleration of government\nprogrammes is required to support increased economic growth,\u201d states the\nconsideration in Presidential Decree No.\u00a04 of 2026, which was released\non Saturday, 18 April 2026.<\/p>\n
Article 3 stipulates that the Task Force is under and accountable to\nthe President. Its duties include coordinating the acceleration of\ngovernment programme implementation, covering the Economic Package\nProgramme, Economic Stimulus Programme, Government Priority Programme,\nmain programmes in several ministries\/agencies, and other programmes\nbased on the President\u2019s directives.<\/p>\n
Additionally, the Task Force establishes integrated and collaborative\nstrategic steps, conducts monitoring and evaluation of the realisation\nof supporting budgets for the programmes, and takes swift and precise\nsteps to resolve strategic issues. The Task Force also carries out other\nduties assigned by the President.<\/p>\n
The composition of the Task Force is regulated in Article 4, with\nFirst Chair held by Coordinating Minister for the Economy Airlangga\nHartarto, while Second Chair is held by State Secretary Minister\nPrasetyo Hadi. There are three deputy chairs, namely Finance Minister\nPurbaya Yudhi Sadewa, Minister of Investment and Downstreaming\/Head of\nBKPM Rosan Perkasa Roeslani, and Minister of National Development\nPlanning\/Head of Bappenas Rachmat Pambudy.<\/p>\n
Task Force members consist of several ministers and agency heads,\nincluding the Minister of Home Affairs, Minister of Manpower, Minister\nof Trade, Minister of Industry, Minister of Tourism, Minister of\nAgrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning\/Head of BPN.<\/p>\n
Furthermore, Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources, Minister of\nHigher Education, Science, and Technology, Minister of Agriculture,\nMinister of Marine Affairs and Fisheries, Minister of Public Works,\nMinister of Housing and Settlement Areas, Minister of Transportation,\nand Minister of Communication and Digital.<\/p>\n
In addition, Minister of Cooperatives, Minister of SMEs, Minister of\nCreative Economy\/Head of Creative Economy Agency, Minister of Social\nAffairs, Minister of Protection for Indonesian Migrant Workers\/Head of\nBP2MI, Minister of Environment and Forestry\/Head of BPLH, Head of\nState-Owned Enterprises Regulatory Agency, Chief of the Indonesian\nNational Police, Attorney General, Head of BPKP, Head of National\nNutrition Agency, Head of National Food Agency, and Head of BP Danantara\nImplementing Agency.<\/p>\n
Article 8 emphasises that the Task Force may coordinate with\nministries\/agencies, provincial, regency\/city regional governments,\ninstitutions, and other stakeholders.
