The company posted consolidated revenue of\nRp3.9 trillion, growing approximately 4% compared to the previous year\u2019s\nRp3.8 trillion. This achievement was highlighted at the Annual General\nMeeting of Shareholders (RUPST) for the 2025 financial year, reflecting\nthe success of the company\u2019s business diversification strategy and\nefforts to maintain sustainable operational productivity. From a\nfinancial perspective, PP Presisi also maintained a healthy liquidity\ncondition. The company recorded a current ratio of 1.15 times, higher\nthan the banking covenant limit of 1.1 times. Meanwhile, the\ninterest-bearing debt to equity ratio was recorded at 0.86 times, still\nbelow the stipulated covenant limit. The Board of Directors consists\nof Rizki Dianugrah as President Director, Ramlan Nurdiansah as Director\nof Finance and Human Capital Management, and Yovi Hendra as Director of\nOperations.
