After I sent letters to<br>\nnewspapers, the service was resumed.<\/p>\n<p>Two months ago, a Telkom officer called, asking me to pay<br>\nFlexi service fees through a BCA ATM or a Telkom counter. I said<br>\nI would settle the fees after receiving my bill. He explained<br>\nthat Telkom had a problem with the courier firm delivering the<br>\nbills and suggested that I pay the fees first to avoid any fines.<\/p>\n<p>I insisted on demanding the bill's delivery first, despite the<br>\nrisk of being subjected to fines. However, Telkom should not<br>\nimpose any fines because the payment delay is due to its own<br>\nmismanagement in dispatching Flexi bills.<\/p>\n<p>Several days after the call, the Telkom Flexi service I had<br>\nwas halted and up to the present it has remained unconnected.
