        "content": "<p>PON to get on-line computer<\/p>\n<p>JAKARTA (JP): The XIV National Games (PON) here next year will<br>\nhave an on-line computer system to ease the compiling of results,<br>\nprograms and other hectic tasks at the national sports gathering.<\/p>\n<p>One of the features in the PON on-line system is that it will<br>\nbe connected to electronic public display boards, which will also<br>\ncarry advertisements, during the Games.<\/p>\n<p>The on-line system will be hooked up to Internet providers in<br>\nIndonesia, in order to allow Indonesians and all parts of the<br>\nworld to observe the Games and follow the results of all events.<\/p>\n<p>\"Compaq is privileged to be the products sponsor of this<br>\nimportant national sports event,\" said Compag Computer Asia<br>\nGeneral Manager Ramada Sivadas during the signing of a memorandum<br>\nof understanding between Compaq and PT Baskara Sistemindo<br>\nyesterday.
