We as Buddhist monks do not wish to be at the<br>\ncenter of political arguments,\" Phra Sophon Dharmmawongse, the<br>\nabbot of Wat In temple, said.<\/p>\n<p>He said his temple had been flooded with anonymous telephone<br>\ncalls complaining that it was improper to allow the sculptures on<br>\nthe temple grounds.<\/p>\n<p>The figures at Wat In depict Thai Interior Minister Sanan<br>\nKachornprasart riding on the shoulders of former Prime Minister<br>\nChavalit Yongchaiyudh.
