Cabinet Secretary Teddy\nIndra Wijaya, who attended the limited meeting, explained that General\nListyo also reported on a series of activities planned by the police\nahead of the Bhayangkara Day commemoration.<\/p>\n<p>Ten individuals formerly part of the OPM\u2019s Kodap IV\/Sorong Raya\ndeclared their return to the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia\nand committed to helping create a conducive security environment.\nPangkogabwilhan III Lieutenant General Lucky Avianto stated in\nManokwari, West Papua, that the ten OPM combatants from Kodap IV\/Sorong\nRaya came from elements of Kowip I, Ofir Battalion, and Sair\nBattalion.<\/p>\n<p>In a separate development, military trainers imposed physical\npunishments on participants of basic military training who were found\nviolating regulations during their education, such as being late for\nmorning assembly. Commander of the Training Battalion, Lieutenant\nColonel (Mar) Agus Mutaqin, said that latecomers might be given ten or\nfifteen push-ups as a consequence.<\/p>\n<p>President Prabowo also instructed Minister of Higher Education,\nScience and Technology Brian Yuliarto to ensure that human resources\nproduced by domestic universities can meet the needs of strategic\nindustries. During a limited meeting at the palace, the President\nstressed that human resource competence and quality are crucial factors\nin accelerating downstream processing and the development of several\nstrategic industries currently being pursued by the government.<\/p>\n<p>The Provincial Government of North Sumatra achieved an Unqualified\nOpinion from the Supreme Audit Agency for its Regional Government\nFinancial Report for the 2025 fiscal year, marking the twelfth\nconsecutive year.
