        "content": "<p>The Narcotics Unit of the Bekasi Metro Police has uncovered a case\ninvolving the alleged distribution of unlicensed prescription-only drugs\nin Cibarusah District, Bekasi Regency, West Java. Bekasi Metro Police\nNarcotics Unit Head, AKBP Hannry Tambunan, stated in Jakarta on Tuesday\nthat the two suspects, identified by the initials BM and AG, were\narrested in the Sindangmulya area, Cibarusah District, on Monday (15\/6).\nThe case began with community reports expressing concern over the\nsuspected distribution of prescription drugs in the area. Following up\non the information, officers immediately conducted an investigation at\nthe location. \u201cBased on information from the public, our members carried\nout an investigation and successfully apprehended two individuals\nsuspected of being involved in the distribution of prescription drugs\nwithout a marketing licence,\u201d he said. From the two suspects, police\nseized evidence including 540 Tramadol pills, 692 Eximer pills, two\nmobile phones, several plastic clip bags, a black wallet, and cash\nproceeds from sales amounting to Rp615,000. Based on initial\ninterrogation results, both suspects admitted to obtaining the supply of\nthese prescription drugs from an individual with the initials AGM.\nPolice are currently pursuing AGM, who has been placed on the wanted\nlist. \u201cWe are still developing this case. We are also pursuing the\nsupplier of these drugs,\u201d he said. Currently, the two suspects along\nwith all the evidence have been secured at the Bekasi Metro Police\nHeadquarters to undergo further legal proceedings. Both are suspected of\nviolating regulations concerning the distribution of pharmaceutical\npreparations without a marketing licence, as stipulated in the Health\nLaw. The Bekasi Metro Police also urged all levels of society to remain\nactive in providing any information, no matter how small, if they become\naware of the distribution of illegal drugs or other criminal activities\nin their neighbourhood to maintain public safety and order.<\/p>",
