"summary": "Indonesian police have dismantled an international drug trafficking network in Pekanbaru, Riau, seizing nearly 30 kilograms of methamphetamine and over 19,700 ecstasy pills believed to originate from Malaysia. The operation, initiated by public tips, led to the arrest of two couriers, while a third suspect remains at large; the network was coordinated by an inmate, Harry Febrizal Putra, operating from inside Rumbai Narcotics Prison. This bust highlights ongoing challenges in preventing drug syndicates from continuing operations behind bars and underscores the cross-border nature of narcotics smuggling into Indonesia.",
