Firman Gani was quoted as saying by<br>\nTempointeraktif.com on Tuesday.<\/p>\n<p>He explained that during the first 30-day operation, his<br>\nofficers had reprimanded around 5,000 violators and gave tickets<br>\nto some 5,000 others.
