        "content": "<p>The Indonesian National Police (Polri) has prepared the Free\nPrecision Return 2026 programme as part of the Operation Ketupat 2026\nseries. The programme aims to create safe outbound and return travel\nduring the Eid holiday period under the motto \u201cSafe Journey, Happy\nFamily\u201d in line with directives from National Police Chief General\nListyo Sigit Prabowo.<\/p>\n<p>The Head of the Traffic Corps (Kakorlantas) Irjen Agus Suryonugroho\nstated that the programme, prepared in conjunction with the Metro Jaya\nRegional Police and Traffic Directorates of regional police forces, aims\nto maintain security, safety, order, and traffic flow. The free return\nprogramme is also expected to reduce traffic accident figures during the\n2026 Eid return period.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe are preparing the Free Precision Return 2026 programme to realise\nsecurity, safety, order, and traffic flow whilst reducing traffic\naccidents during the Eid return period,\u201d said Irjen Agus in a statement\non Monday 16 March 2026.<\/p>\n<p>According to him, the programme is also expected to reduce the use of\nmotorcycles and private vehicles that could increase congestion on\nreturn routes.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThrough this free transport facility, the public is expected to\nreturn to their destination cities more safely and comfortably,\u201d he\nsaid.<\/p>\n<p>The Free Precision Return 2026 programme targets several population\ngroups, including non-formal sector workers, factory workers, low-income\nmigrants, ride-hailing drivers and their families, as well as\nstudents.<\/p>\n<p>To participate in this programme, the public can register online via\nwebsite, application, or digital forms provided. Additionally,\nregistration can also be done directly at regional police headquarters,\ndistrict police stations, as well as security and service posts\navailable during Operation Ketupat 2026.<\/p>\n<p>In its implementation, programme socialisation will be conducted\nthrough various channels, ranging from social media, banners, billboards\nto community groups. Promotional materials will also include traffic\nsafety education with the message \u201cSafe Journey, Happy Family\u201d as well\nas information on registration procedures and departure schedules.<\/p>\n<p>On the departure day, participants are required to arrive at least\nthree hours before the scheduled travel time to complete re-registration\nand identity verification. Participants will then proceed with the\nboarding process according to bus numbers and follow safety briefings\nbefore the journey begins.<\/p>\n<p>The Free Precision Return 2026 programme uses bus transport with a\ncapacity of approximately 50 passengers.
