        "content": "<p>Police have revealed developments regarding Rismon Hasiholan\nSianipar\u2019s restorative justice (RJ) application in the case accusing\nIndonesia\u2019s 7th President Joko Widodo (Jokowi) of a fake diploma. Police\nstated that the RJ application was accepted and the investigation has\nbeen stopped.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe investigators have issued a letter ordering the termination of\nthe investigation (SP3) against RHS (Rismon Sianipar) on 14 April 2026,\u201d\nsaid Dirkrimum of Polda Metro Jaya, Kombes Iman Imanuddin, to reporters\non Friday (17\/4\/2026).<\/p>\n<p>Iman explained that the case termination process was carried out\nafter Jokowi accepted Rismon\u2019s apology. Rismon is known to have met\nJokowi directly at his residence in Surakarta (Solo).<\/p>\n<p>Following that, police facilitated a meeting between Rismon and\nJokowi\u2019s representatives at the Ditreskrimum building of Polda Metro\nJaya. Jokowi\u2019s side accepted the apology from Rismon.<\/p>\n<p>Police then conducted a special case review to determine Rismon\u2019s\nlegal status. Iman emphasised that the termination of the case against\nsuspect Rismon does not affect the investigation process against other\nsuspects.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cFurthermore, the termination of the investigation against Mr RHS\ndoes not nullify the investigation process against other suspects up to\nthe court trial,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>For information, in this case, Polda Metro Jaya has named a total of\neight people as suspects, one of whom is former Menpora Roy Suryo. In\nits developments, Eggi Sudjana, Damai Hari Lubis, and Rismon Sianipar\nsubmitted RJ applications to the police.<\/p>\n<p>Police then followed up on those applications, ultimately terminating\ntheir cases. Thus, five suspects remain in the case.<\/p>\n<p>In the first cluster, there are suspects Kurnia Tri Royani, Rizal\nFadilah, and Rustam Effendi. Meanwhile, in the second cluster, there are\nsuspects Roy Suryo and Tifauziah Tiasuma or dr Tifa.<\/p>",
