Japati on Tuesday<br>\nafternoon.<\/p>\n<p>Police started the operation at 4:30 p.m. and closed all three<br>\navailable escape routes before arresting the racers. The<br>\noperation not only surprised the racers but also the many<br>\nspectators.<\/p>\n<p>Illegal racing has become rampant in the city, especially in<br>\nthe afternoon while awaiting the breaking of the Ramadhan fast.<\/p>\n<p>&quot;Police will charge them under Article 335 of the Criminal<br>\nCode for disrupting public activities.
