Head of the Police\nManpower Desk, Brigadier General Mohammad Irhamni, stated that resolving\nthe dispute is part of the police\u2019s efforts to encourage the protection\nof workers\u2019 rights while maintaining conducive industrial relations.\n\u201cThe Police Manpower Desk exists to ensure every manpower issue can be\nresolved fairly, professionally, and by prioritising dialogue. The\nresolution of the PT Kerta Gaya Pusaka case demonstrates that a\ncollaborative and restorative justice approach can provide legal\ncertainty while fulfilling workers\u2019 rights that have long been delayed,\u201d\nIrhamni said in a statement in Jakarta on Thursday.
