Police have arrived at the scene following reports of an incident in\nCiheulet, a residential area, where a student was allegedly assaulted.\n\u2018We have visited the location. The incident occurred during the\nafternoon in Ciheulet, within a residential area. A school uniform was\nleft behind, suspected to belong to the victim,\u2019 stated the Chief of\nEast Bogor Sector Police, AKP Asep Sundana, on Thursday (4\/6\/2026).<\/p>\n
Asep noted that authorities are currently tracing the victim and the\nperpetrators using clues from the recovered uniform. Initial\ninvestigations indicate that the uniform belongs to Al-Watasi High\nSchool in Caringin, Bogor Regency.<\/p>\n
\u2018From the uniform, it has been identified as belonging to Al-Watasi\nHigh School in Caringin. We are still investigating this matter and will\nprovide updates once there is more clarity,\u2019 Asep added. Officers from\nthe East Bogor Police Sector have proceeded to the victim\u2019s school to\nfurther investigate the mobbing incident.<\/p>\n
\u2018The only item we found at the crime scene was the uniform. This\nprovides a lead for our investigators. The Head of Criminal\nInvestigation has already departed for the school in Caringin. We will\ninform the public of the results in due course,\u2019 he continued.<\/p>\n
Previously, video footage showing a teenager being mobbed and\ntrampled by fellow students in Baranangsiang, Bogor City, went viral on\nsocial media. Police are currently investigating the footage. \u2018We are\nconducting an investigation to identify everyone in the video, as well\nas the victim and the perpetrators; they are still being sought,\u2019 said\nAKP Asep.<\/p>\n
In the viral video, a shirtless teenager is seen lying face down in a\nnarrow alleyway between buildings. The victim, wearing grey trousers,\nappears to be struck with a wooden stick and trampled by the attackers.\nApproximately five individuals wearing high school uniforms are seen\nsurrounding the victim.
