The suspect sat near the victim in business class on<br>\nboard a Garuda flight on Sept. 7, 2004 from Jakarta to Singapore,<br>\nthe first leg of the flight bound for Amsterdam.<\/p>\n<p>The new suspect<br>\nwas detained late on Wednesday, the source added.  The National<br>\nPolice could not be reached for confirmation.  Investigators had<br>\npreviously named three suspects in the case, but only detained<br>\nPollycarpus Budihari Priyanto, a senior Garuda pilot, whose trial<br>\nbegan earlier this week.<\/p>\n<p>An independent investigation came to<br>\nthe conclusion that the murder of Munir, who was poisoned during<br>\nthe Jakarta-Singapore flight, was a conspiracy allegedly<br>\ninvolving certain state intelligence officials. -- JP<\/p>",
