The\ninformation had previously been shared via a Facebook account named\nBacang Kentung to the \u2018Info Jembrana\u2019 social media group on Sunday (24\nMay) at around 9 PM WITA, with a narrative claiming a \u2018staged pocong\u2019 in\nthe Air Kuning area. Police Chief of Jembrana Town, Ipda I Ngurah Made\nAgus Dwi Widiatmika Putra, stated that the police had verified and\nmonitored the circulating information, confirming it to be false. \u2018We\nurge the public not to be easily provoked by unverified issues. Be\nprudent when using social media and avoid spreading information that\ncould cause unrest in the community,\u2019 said Ipda Widiatmika on Monday (25\nMay). Additionally, the police have followed up on the post, with the\n\u2018Info Jembrana\u2019 social media account on Instagram issuing a\nclarification that the information was false and unsubstantiated.
